Hayes is seeking a Sr. Sales Analyst to join our team.

The Sr. Sales Analyst will be the lead in preparing sales forecasts and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals. S/he will assist in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team. S/he will be a key player to the team and recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends. This role will also oversee Salesforce reports and help to optimize the CRM system.
Because collaboration is integral to the role, it is based at our headquarters office in Wellesley.
Must have 5+ years of sales analysis and forecasting experience
Must have strong experience with Salesforce CRM & reports
Ability to build and maintain complex sales reports, perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources
Must be process oriented and have the ability to create and optimize sales operations
Expert knowledge of Excel, Salesforce and MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
Excellent group presentation skills
