Kelly Services is currently seeking Sales Assistant for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients for their New York City, NY location.
The Sales Assistant will be assisting the Field Reps. with Administrative needs. Bilingual in Spanish
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour!
Working Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Duties:




  • Responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Types, files, faxes, provides phone support and processes mail. Prepares and logs proposals. Maintains supplies. Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues. Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets. Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data. Generates sales reports. Requires a high school diploma; 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.




Job Requirements:




  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Typing skills of 40 wpm with an excellent accuracy rate.

  • Must have working skills in Microsoft Outlook and inputting and sorting in Excel, as well as aptitude to learn private software package.

  • Pleasant phone voice that speaks clearly with patients in explaining process and answering questions.

  • Requires at least 1 year of Customer Service phone experience.
