KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Global Programs to join our Events and Meetings organization.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all meeting logistics including meeting room setups, audio-visual requirements, food and beverage, ground transportation and off-site events on a global level with hotels, production companies, ground transportation providers, and restaurants
* Negotiate and process contracts through Global Procurement
* Accountable for creating, managing and reconciling budgets
* Coordinate creation of communications and collateral with internal and external providers
* Interact with all levels of employees and partners via email, on the phone and in person including global senior leadership

Qualifications:

* Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, communications, or meeting/event planning
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
* Experience working with hotels, production companies with knowledge of special event venues in major cities around the world
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to travel up to twenty percent
