The HR Generalist who will be successful in this role will have general knowledge in all aspects of HR, preferably experience with employee benefits and open enrollment. ? Prepared and coordinated the preparation of all health benefit packages for 300 new brokerage employees. ? Created and updated high data spreadsheets to support HRIS interface projects via Excel. ? Conducted reference and background checks on new hires using Business Information Systems (BIS). ? Managed job postings, new full-time orientations, online benefit enrollment processing and reviewed resumes. ? Managed benefit plans and billings including medical, dental, flexible spending, vision, and life insurance. ? Generated reports to analyze turnover activity, retention rates, staffing patterns and benefits utilization. Use these outcomes with HR Director to determine new ideas to galvanize employees.
