Communications Manager Role Overview To assist team in the implementation of the Cloud Usage Management Program. The Communications Manager will be responsible for owning and managing all related customer and stakeholder communications throughout the course of the program. Qualifications 8-10 years communications experience with specific focus on customer relations and change management Ability to prioritize critical issues and requests associated with the program and its internal and external customers and stakeholders Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and self-manage, work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines and possess superior interpersonal and written communication skills to work with multiple global customers Experience in using a range of communications channels, including for example social media, conference calls, webinars, etc. Technical Qualifications Competent with Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Project, Visio SharePoint, Power Point Education Academics Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university or foreign equivalent in communications
